All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California, USA.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Available on all orders within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): Available for urgent orders at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, international shipping will be available soon! Please check back for updates.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@souloxi.com as soon as possible.
- Order Changes: We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been processed.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order may already be processed and shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@souloxi.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Damaged Packages: We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process. A replacement or refund will be issued once the damage is verified.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
